Tracy Wood – President and Founder developed the majority of Acute Care Triage out of both disgust and frustration in the American Health Care system.
Tracy and her committed team of professional disruptors at Acute Care Triage, or ACT have built a universal mHealth Solution product, designed for the Smart phone generation’s way of life.
Tracy designed the model itself. Through her international contacts in technology development, Electronic Medical Records systems, and healthcare, Tracy designed and constructed the Apps, the site, and the distribution network through which ACT wholesales its services.
Tracy’s own personal connection to the extreme clinical failures that claimed the life of her sister has driven her and the team to persevere in the creation of this successful disruptor in American medical service delivery.
Prior to her entering healthcare, she was well established and renowned in telecommunications. Tracy managed major accounts for GTE, MCI, Allegiance, and First World Communications. Tracy excelled in these capacities, ranking first place in sales both regionally and nationally at all of the aforementioned firms.
Tracy is a newly married mother of two girls ages 15 and 16. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Certified Professional Life Coach. She enjoys golf, Xbox gaming, flying her drone, flipping homes, and spending free time with her children.
Nancy has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. She is currently President of NJP Enterprises, Inc. She has worked with Cynosure Financial, Inc. for over 15 years.
She has worked with The Limited, Inc. as Risk Manager. For many years, her career was spent as an employee of Marsh, a large insurance brokerage firm, managing large corporate accounts and running the Cincinnati office of Marsh. Nancy earned a BS Degree in Business from Ohio State University.
Perla Galan – Director of Customer Experience has been with Acutecaretriage for 7 years.
Supporting the company’s clientele receive the help they need is her passion. She has been in customer service roles for 16 years.
Perla directs the practitioners in utilization of the electronic medical records system, and the APPs.
Perla is an integral part of the development team. She oversees site development, design, and content.
Perla has been married for 11 years and has 4 amazing children (12,10,4 and 1). Perla is a part of the team currently disrupting the “Old Guard” in virtual medicine. She has a strong desire to make a difference in the healthcare industry for the next generations to come.
Zee Shah – was born in a middle-class family to a very loving and caring parents on the outskirts of Peshawar, Pakistan. It is one of the oldest cities in South Asia. He started his education at a local school, Iqra and continued to climb the ladder to become the first graduate from a university in his family.
He left University of Bedfordshire with Postgraduate degree in Computer Sciences from Luton, UK. His career started unceremoniously with a small company IT-Solutions Ltd London, as a 1st line support engineer for 1 year and for period of 2 years as a 2nd line support engineer in the same company.
Zee started working with a multinational organization Zones LLC under Microsoft Gold Partner affiliation as a senior Office 365 technical engineer for next 6 years where he got his hands-on experience on Exchange server, SharePoint, Azure AD, Skype for Business and many other Microsoft technologies.
After this, he started exploring a new domain of Website and Software development. He was appointed as a project manager at Zingel Technologies in Islamabad. This was an unknown territory for him, but he managed to learn and exceed corporate expectations. After completing just 2 years as PM, he was promoted to higher role.
Before devoting his work fulltime to Acute Care Triage, he served as Director operations at Zingel Technologies where he oversaw daily matters running the business smoothly for another 3 years.
Zee Shah is currently the CIO of Acute Care Triage, a health sharing and Wellness firm that helps community at large. In total, he has over 14 years of professional work experience ranging from technical support to managerial.
Other than this, he loves long-driving, playing cricket, cooking and reading books at riverbank along with passion for travelling and as of now, he has travelled to 10 countries and many more to follow.
Karen Kolb – Is the Vice President of Business Development for TWKA/AIM. Karen comes to our team with over 30 years of enormous success in the insurance industry. Karen has earned, through her hard work, perseverance and integrity, many of the Insurance Industry’s highest Achievement Awards.
Karen has specialized in the Health and Wellness field for the better part of her Career, and regularly attends specialized events where she shares her experiences and knowledge with clients and colleagues.
Karen is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace. Her office in Arizona has been a leading agency for over two decades.
Recently, she delved into the Affinity space to develop wellness campaigns that assist members in living their best life. These revolutionary programs actually modify behavior, and supports the client to achieve their life, health and wealth goals.
Karen is married and has two amazing sons. Karen is a proud and upstanding member of her community and a pivotal part of the ACT family.
